jolly-leap provides premium business class vehicle rental services in Sheffield and surrounding Yorkshire areas. Our services include short-term and long-term vehicle rentals, chauffeur services, and corporate fleet management.
Reservations can be made through our online booking system. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email. Confirmation emails are typically sent within two hours during business hours.
Full payment is required before vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be made in British Pounds Sterling.

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage with standard excess. Details of coverage limits and excess amounts are provided in your rental agreement.
You are responsible for:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup forfeit 50% of the rental fee. No-shows forfeit the entire rental fee.
If we must cancel your reservation due to vehicle unavailability or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund or offer an equivalent or superior vehicle at the original price.
You must inspect the vehicle at collection and report any existing damage. Failure to report existing damage may result in you being held responsible for it.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
Extensions must be requested and approved before the scheduled return time. Extension rates apply and must be paid before the extension is confirmed.
No refunds are provided for early returns unless otherwise agreed in writing for long-term rentals.
